This white wine is made from the red grape variety Pinot Nero, however, the skin has been removed before maceration, so it is vinified as a white wine. A honey taste is predominate, with notes of citrus and bread as well. It also has some elegant bubbles from spontaneous fermentation, exactly like Blanc de Noir wines.
This wine will be an amazing companion for starters, Aperitivo and shellfish. We would also recommend it with charcuterie and young cheeses.
100% Pinot Nero vinificate in white. Spontaneous fermentation, natural wine.
Piccolo Bacco Dei Quaroni is a small wine producer situated in Lombardia, Oltrepo Pavese. All their wines are natural.
